Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Simple Trading Journal, request a full refund within 30 days of the order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout to manage your subscription and request a refund. You can also contact our support team at support@simpletradingjournal.onlinewith your order number and we will initiate the refund on your behalf.

Processing time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Subscription settings inside the app or via Paddle. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
