How the TradingView integration works
Create a webhook in Integrations → TradingView and copy the private link. One link per trading account.
Right-click the chart → Add alert (or press Alt+A). Pick your condition: price, indicator or strategy.
Notifications tab → tick Webhook URL and paste the link. In Message, paste our JSON template or plain text.
When the alert fires, the trade lands in your Import inbox. Check it and press Approve — it's in your journal.
Paste the JSON template. TradingView fills {{ticker}}, {{close}} and {{interval}} automatically. Plain text also works: BUY BTCUSDT @ 65000 SL 64000 TP 67000.
Tick it and paste your private link. Keep it secret — anyone with it can send alerts to your inbox. You can generate a new one any time.
Nothing counts in your stats until you approve it, so a noisy alert can't mess up your journal. TradingView can't read your broker account — alerts are the only official way in.
Webhook alerts
Every trading account in the app gets its own private webhook URL. Paste it into the Webhook URL field of any TradingView alert and the alert fires straight into your Import inbox. Both JSON payloads and plain-text alert messages are accepted, so you do not have to rewrite the alerts you already use.
Because entries land in the inbox rather than directly in your statistics, a noisy alert cannot pollute your journal. You review, edit, merge or approve each one.

For trades you take by hand, take a chart screenshot and paste it into the trade form with Ctrl/Cmd+V. The AI reads the ticker, timeframe, timestamp and entry price, suggests a stop from the last swing low or swing high depending on your direction, and proposes one to three targets.
You keep the chart image attached to the trade, so the review you write a week later has the context that made the setup look good at the time.

- Do I need a paid TradingView plan?
- You need a plan that allows alerts with webhook notifications; that is a TradingView feature, not something we control. Screenshot logging works on any plan, including free.
- What should the alert message contain?
- Plain text works, but a small JSON payload with ticker, side, price and time maps most reliably. The integration guide inside the app shows a copy-paste template.
- Will alerts create duplicate trades?
- No — alerts arrive in the Import inbox, where you can merge related fills into a single trade or discard anything you did not actually take.
